Population Health Sciences BSc | Virtual Q&A Sessions
We will be hosting two Virtual Q&A Sessions for the Population Health Sciences BSc for those looking to learn more about the subject and studying at UCL.
Join us for a Virtual Q&A session led by Alison Moody, Deputy Programme Director and Admissions Tutor for the Population Health Sciences BSc. Ask any questions you have regarding the programme, admissions, or studying at UCL. Teachers and parents are also welcome to attend the sessions.

Explore the Population Health Sciences BSc
Population health sciences study the factors shaping our health, including the social and physical environment, healthcare systems, our lifestyles and genes.
This three-year programme provides a grounding in the social science disciplines used in population health science, preparing you for research and professional practice in the health sector and beyond.
Deputy Programme Director and Admissions Tutor
UCL Institute of Epidemiology and Health Care
Alison Moody is an experienced health and social policy researcher, with over 20 years research experience at UCL and NatCen social Research. Her research interests focus on the health of the general population, particularly non-communicable diseases such as obesity and diabetes. She has a strong interest in social inequalities affecting population health, and studies trends over time, and uses the Health Survey for England data to answer these questions. Alison is also a member of the Health Effects of Energy Efficiency measures and Ambient Temperature (HEEEAT) research team, investigating the links between housing condition, home temperature, and health outcomes.
