"We deserve to enjoy being at work. As a university and Division we should do everything possible to make sure that all staff have a fulfilling and gratifying work-life. As far as the Division is able, every effort will be made to achieve this for everyone. We have to make sure that these are not empty words but that there is a real commitment by all to attend to issues of wellbeing alongside attending to issues of productivity. Ultimately, the wellbeing of the organisation depends on attention having been paid to both. We hope that, as has been the case on other occasions, PALS will be a pioneer in this regard at UCL."
