A twinkle in the dark; a glissen, a flicker, a shimmer, a glow. Something… Red? Glittery? Sequins? Join Mama Maria, John Draper (and his sparkly red shirt), Professor Peter Fonagy, Captain Skipper, Dr Vinson, Professor Sophie Scott and others as they pull the cracker on yet another year of PALS magic.

Sandwiched between the 2021 and 2022 Football World Cups, David Baddiel re-writes his "Three Lions" football anthem for the #PALSXMAS21 celebration: "30 years of shirt never stopped me dreamin'!". Watch exclusive footage from inside the PALS dressing room of the Stadium of Bright. Maria launches her 'Red Card Refereeing Service'. PALS305 gets overtaken by the Bedford Way mice (again), and Duke the PALS mascot dog advertises new Predator Football Boots that will "have you dribbling in no time!".
