The organising secretariat has negotiated favourable rates for conference attendees at NH Trieste Hotel, located within walking distance from the city center and the conference venue. Accommodation is also available through a selection of hotel choices, at a reasonable price range (€70-€150 a night). Rates are per room per night (breakfast included, city tax excluded).

The venue can be easily reached from most major airport in Europe and around the world. Trieste airport has good transport links, 20 minutes by train or bus (about 5€) from Trieste city center. Whilst Trieste airport is the preferred option there are several alternative airports in the area, such as Venice, Treviso and Ljubljana, which offer a wide range of choice of airlines and flight times at extremely low prices. These airports also have good transport links to Trieste, with companies such as FlixBus offering shuttle bus transportation for about 20€ per person from Venice and Ljubljana to Trieste, dropping you off a short walk from the venue. 

At the moment flights are extremely cheap so to save money we recommend to book you flight as early as possible.
