Alexander Collection (1962-1989)

Stella Alexander (1912-) has written several books on religion in Yugoslavia.

Commentaries and off prints re Yugoslav legislation on religion; Stella Alexander correspondence with and relating to Milovan and Stefica Djilas; Stella Alexander's notes and recollections of Milovan Djilas. He was a close ally of Marshall Tito during the pre and Second World War period but was later estranged and expelled from the Communist Party; papers on Krunoslav Draganović. Stella Alexander received the papers on Dragonović from Magnus Linklater. Some of the originals of the Dragonović material are in the United States Army Archives, Washington.
