Your feedback is vital to help us build a library service around your needs.

Since March 2022, we received the following feedback.

You said that it was sometimes hard for new students to know where the libraries are, and what services and facilities are available

We have created a new online tool to help you Find your favourite Library. With 17 library spaces across London to choose from, you should be able to find a space uniquely suited to your needs. The webpage also lists the services and facilities available across Library Services.

If you have a specific question, you can always ask us through LibChat or speak to staff in any of our library spaces.

You said that you needed a space to use for online meetings or calls

We have allocated spaces in several libraries for this purpose, including the examples below:

Student Centre

All spaces are bookable.

You said that new students should be able to borrow books before the first day of teaching

From this year, we have made sure that all new students can now borrow books as soon as they have enrolled and collected their ID card.

You said that the library’s payments system needed updating

You can now make secure online payments through the library website.
