Software Audit Process
This page explains how Software audit requests should be handled from software vendors.
Types of requests could be
- Request to audit machines for software installed
- Request for serial numbers and the machines they are installed on
- Request to be send server details were software is installed
- Illegal software use has been identified by a vendor
- Any other request where a vendor/reseller requests software installed and any data related.
All audit requests should be notified to the IT Supplier and Asset management team before replying ot the vendor - contact us
