VoIP Troubleshooting

VoIP Phones are 'Unregistered'

In case any Cisco VoIP phone go ‘Unregistered’, please try the following

Settings button (Star/Cog button)  
Admin Settings 
Reset Settings
Security (Press Security Softkey)
Reset (Press Reset Softkey)

The phone will power cycle to go through the process of re-registering and after few minutes the phone should come back to normal screen. If the phones are still unregistered, please contact the Unified Communications team
