The Unified Voice team provide support for all of UCL's telephony services for University College London.

Teams Calling

Teams Calling enables you to make and receive external telephone calls using your UCL telephone number on any device no matter where you are using your Microsoft Teams account.

Voice over IP (Internet Protocol) is a voice service connecting telephone handsets via the data network, making use of the existing data infrastructure and resilience that has been built into UCL's networking services

Managed Mobile Phones

Information about the managed mobile service for staff.

Analogue Handsets (Legacy)

Legacy handset including analogue and digital handsets such as Siemens and Alphacom. Making use of physical lines within UCL infrastructure.
