Support and warranty information for Apple hardware.
Support
IT Services will try to resolve software issues with macOS 10.9 (Mavericks) and newer. However, we are unable to support Apple hardware. Apple products are supported the same way we support any BYOD (Bring Your Own Device).
ISD Purchasing can purchase Apple devices, however once the device has arrived to your desk, it is your responsibility to setup and manage any issues.
If your Apple device develops a fault, search for your serial number (below) to confirm whether the warranty is provided by Apple or one of our resellers.
Please note: Apple warranty is not an on-site service. You may have to return the faulty equipment to their Apple Store and be without your device for several days while it is being repaired.

- If the warranty of your device is covered by one of our resellers, please contact Academia, XMA , Insight or Stone Computers directly.
