Information about a change of paper supplier for Print@UCL
In May 2021, Procurement made a decision to change our primary supplier of office supplies from Office Depot to Banner. This means that Office Depot ceases to be our paper supplier. Banner won the competition to be UCL’s strategic supplier by not only offering savings against our incumbent, but also supporting UCL’s sustainability goals. As a FORS Silver accredited organisation, they are helping reduce the carbon impact of deliveries and ensuring the roads around our campus are safer for pedestrians and cyclists.
After a lot of testing, we have identified the paper that we think will work well with our printers and also support UCL’s sustainability goals. The document below outlines the new process for raising paper orders for Print@UCL.
