This section will help you manage your calendar and calendar permissions.
You have been provided with your own calendar. Everyone at UCL has a live @ UCL calendar, making it easier to schedule meetings with others.
Who can see my calendar?
Your calendar may be viewable by your department or can open up the permissions to other people in UCL. If you would like for external people to see your calendar then you can publish it online for others to see.
Your calendar can also be managed by a delegate if you wish to have someone else organise your diary.
Departmental calendar policy
Your calendar may be visible to colleagues within your department. Some departments enforce a departmental calendar policy which ensures your calendar is visible to colleagues, you will also be able to see your colleagues calendar. For example in Information Service Division every member of ISD can see each other’s calendar.
If you are a departmental administrator or a head of departmental and you wish to enable this functionality please contact the ISD IT Services.
Rooms can be added to live @ UCL to avoid space conflicts. Building lists can be added on request (contact the IT Services). Equipment such as a shared laptop or projector can also be added.
Central room bookings still maintain centrally bookable space.
