How to access your UCL email and calendar from any computer or device connected to the internet.

Outlook Web Access

You can access your UCL emails and other Outlook resources (including calendars, address book and to do lists) from any computer that is connected to the internet i.e. you don’t need a UCL laptop or be connected to the UCL network.

  1. Go to Outlook Web Access
  2. Log in with your UCL userID @ ucl.ac.uk (e.g. xxxxxxx @ ucl.ac.uk) and password
