Microsoft Office 365 and Email

The UCL Institute of Education uses Office 365 for staff members and students.

Please navigate to the Staff or Student section to get further information about your email system. 

Our email service provides:

• An email account and address for all registered staff and students at the IOE
• Access to email from anywhere in the world with an Internet connection
• A searchable internal directory of email addresses for all staff and students
• Filtering of email to combat 'spam'
• Filtering of email to detect viruses and other malicious software (this does not replace the need for anti-virus protection)
• Options to set up 'out of office' messages
