Moving email in Outlook 2016 for Mac

Learn how to move your messages from one folder to another.

Instructions

1. To move an email from your Inbox to another folder, right-click the message and select Move > Choose Folder.

2. You will be prompted to specify the name of the destination folder. Enter the folder name within the search field and select the correct folder from the results provided. Select Move.

3. The chosen messages have now been moved to the specified destination folder.
