Ensure that your Zoom software is up to date

Instructions for desktop application

1. If you are not signed in to Zoom, the installed version will display on the login screen. Alternatively if you are already logged in, click on your profile icon in the top right of the screen
2. Click on help
3. Click on About Zoom
4. The installed version will be shown.

Instructions for mobile app

1. If you are not signed in, click on the settings cog; the version will be displayed. Alternatively if you are already logged in click on the settings cog.
2. Click on About.
3. The installed version will be shown.
