About Maysaa
Maysaa joined UCL in 2016, having previously worked in the consulting industry in her hometown of Beirut, Lebanon.
The experience provided her with valuable insights and experience in driving organisational change and implementing effective strategies.
Currently, Maysaa focuses on Digital Strategy and Culture and People Change.
In addition to her role, she also serves as a co-lead of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion within ISD, demonstrating her commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment where individuals can flourish and thrive. Outside of her professional endeavours Maysaa embraces the joys of motherhood, and can often be found with a stroller and a scooter, enjoying quality time outside with her two young children.
