Orthoptic Course – With Patients

A course for Ophthalmologists taking the FRCOphth part 2 exams

Saturday 5th November 2016

• The emphasis will be a practical examination technique and will enable the participants to perform the cover test, ocular motility, measure an angle of squint and assess visual function in children with communication difficulties.
• The course will be taught by experienced orthoptists and will include time for questions and discussions

• The course does not aim to teach basic Orthoptic principals and we advise all participants to read an Orthoptic textbook before coming to the course. We suggest:
