User training

User access and equipment training

Every imaging system in our facility is different in their specification and configuration.

All users must receive the first induction training to each system they wish to use.

To arrange your training session please contact Matt Hayes, Dhani Tracey-White or Diana Sefic-Svara, phone us on x6870,  or visit us in Room B03.

The training session will be arranged at a mutually convenient time. Some microscopes may  have a longer waiting list due to heavy use. The training sessions will last up to 2 hours and it is chargeable (see our price list).

We provide the specimens during the training session however we will assist you in setting up and optimising imaging parameters with your own specimens during your first booked session.

After your first induction, you will be given access to our booking calendar.
