Multimodal Interventional Sensing and Imaging (MISI)

Our group develops novel devices and technologies that enable imaging and sensing in a range of interventional procedures. Using fibre-optic technology, such devices are readily miniaturized, and therefore ideally suited to minimally invasive surgery. In addition, their inherent compatibility with traditionally challenging scenarios, such as MRI scanners or radiotherapy, will enable applications in a range of currently inaccessible procedures and scenarios.
