Cognitive Scale for Down Syndrome (CS-DS):

LonDownS has developed a new informant questionnaire about cognitive abilities in Down syndrome: the Cognitive Scale for Down Syndrome (CS-DS). You can access the paper and download a PDF of the CSDS.

Stigma Questionnaire:

The Stigma Questionnaire for people with Intellectual Disability is a brief 10 item measure developed for use in people with mild to moderate intellectual disability aged 18-65.
