Reporting to the Integrated Screening Outcomes Surveillance Service (ISOSS) is part of the NHS public health functions agreement 2019-20 Service specification No.15 NHS Infectious Diseases in Pregnancy Screening Programme

HIV Surveillance
All pregnancies to women living with HIV in England should be reported to ISOSS (previously the NSHPC). This includes miscarriages and terminations, transfers in and out of your unit and pregnancies in previously diagnosed women.
Syphilis Surveillance
All pregnancies to syphilis screen positive women booked in England since 1st January 2020 should be reported to ISOSS. This includes miscarriages and terminations and transfers in and out of your unit.
Hepatitis B Surveillance
All pregnancies to hepatitis B screen positive women booked in England since 1st April 2021 should be reported to ISOSS. This includes miscarriages and terminations and transfers in and out of your unit.
