IIT Annual Scientific Symposium 2017

On 13 June, the UCL Institute of Immunity and Transplantation (IIT) held its Annual Scientific Symposium with Pears Lecture, bringing together approximately 250 scientists and clinicians to hear a wide variety of talks by experts from around the world.

Highlights included the annual Pears Lecture given by Professor Jason Cyster from the University of California in San Francisco. The symposium also included networking opportunities throughout the day, with lunch and a drinks reception kindly provided by the support of the event sponsors. 

In addition the symposium featured an enjoyable Early Career Researcher session with such quality presentations that there were two winners of the first place prize - Dr Severine Cire and Dr Gabriele Pollara.
