About the speaker
Gabriel Victora received a Ph.D. (2011) from New York University Medical School. From 2012 to 2016, he was a Whitehead Fellow at the Whitehead Institute for Biomedical Research at MIT, and he joined the faculty of the Rockefeller University in 2016, where he is the Laurie and Peter Grauer Assistant Professor and Head of the Laboratory of Lymphocyte Dynamics.
Work in the Victora lab combines intravital microscopy and mouse genetics to study the clonal and cellular dynamics of the immune response, with a particular focus on how B cells respond to immunization and infection.
