Biography
Hedaia Ghannam is a visiting lecturer in the Information and Communication Engineering research group, Electronic and Electrical Engineering Department at UCL and a Technical Architect at Cobalt (Copa Fintech).Hedaia Ghannam completed her PhD studies from UCL with a prize winning performance, where her research interests are in the physical layer of future communication systems, such as the 5th generation cellular network. As a technical architect at Cobalt, Hedaia is working on re-engineering FX post trade market and a new bespoke DLT product with P2P protocols. Hedaia has five years of work experience in academia and industry. Hedaia is a published author and presenter of 14 papers at several international fora and venues. She is an active member in women empowerment and engagement in STEM with various international organizations.
