Biography 

Fangzhan Shi received a B.Eng. in Telecommunication Engineering in 2017 and an M.Sc. in Robotics in 2018 from Hangzhou Dianzi University, China and University College London respectively.
He worked as an artificial intelligence engineer at Supcon, China in 2019 and 2020. Fangzhan is currently a PhD student in the Department of Security and Crime Science at University College London. His interests include passive radar sensing, localization, navigation, and machine learning.
