Dr Matt Fisher speaks at Intellectual Property Office of Singapore Annual Patent Seminar

Dr Matt Fisher, Senior Lecturer at UCL Laws and Co-Director of the UCL Institute of Brand and Innovation Law was invited to Singapore to speak at the 10th Annual Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS) International Patent Seminar last week.

Dr Fisher first presented an update on developments in global patent law, before joining a panel discussion alongside Lord Justice Colin Birss (Court of Appeal of England and Wales), Justice Valerie Thean (High Court Judge, Singapore Supreme Court). This discussion was moderated by Professor Susanna Leong (Vice Provost, National University of Singapore). The seminar was attended by senior IP practitioners, industry representatives, and policy makers in Singapore.
