Access to Work is an employment support programme that provides support for people with a disability or long-term health condition.
Overview
Access to Work is a programme run by the Department of Work and Pensions. It provides financial and practical support for Disabled people and those with long-term physical or mental health conditions in obtaining ‘reasonable adjustments’ so they are not disadvantaged when doing their job.
