As part of our commitment to support the professional development of our staff and to align our workforce with future UCL organisational needs, we offer three Leadership and Management Professional Development Programmes for managers at grade 7 upwards, to complement our existing leadership offer. The Team Leader programme may also be suitable for aspiring managers in grade 6 roles who support junior colleagues.

What is it?
