Accelerate to Leadership

At UCL, we have a wealth of Black, Asian or Minority Ethnic talent, but still lack diversity in our senior roles. That’s why we’ve decided to launch this programme to support existing Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic staff to accelerate into leadership positions at UCL.

This unique and innovative scheme aims to foster, recognise and nurture the leadership potential of our Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic professional services staff and help you to achieve your ambitions. You can gain vital leadership experience through a 3–12 month paid internal work placement, that can assist in developing the skills, capability and confidence to compete for more senior roles when they arise.
