Supporting employees with health concerns

If a member of your team has a health condition that is affecting their work, or work is negatively impacting their health, you can refer them to Workplace Health. Referral forms are accepted from anyone who has line management or supervisory responsibility for the person being referred – including line managers and professional supervisors, or from a PRS’s course directors or administrators, programme lead or tutor). HR Business Partners may also refer into Workplace Health.


Manager support from Care First

Our Employee Assistance Provider, Care First, offers employee support, including emotional support, counselling and advice on practical issues. Managers can also access specialised support and information service for managers, management referral and management consultancy services.
