Since early 2019, we’ve partnered with the UCL Academic Careers Office (ACO) to bring our early-career researcher community an event series focused on challenging cultures of perfectionism and demonstrating that failure is an integral and inevitable part of the academic journey.
The ACO have launched the ADAPT to Thrive website where you can watch many of the previous talks, including one by the Institute of Healthcare Engineering’s Director, Rebecca Shipley.
