On Weds 28 April, we held a launch event to bring public health practitioners, policy makers, representatives from the NHS, third sector and industry, and researchers from across the UK together.
Speakers included: Professor Chris Whitty (Chief Medical Officer for England), Professor Kevin Fenton (Regional Director PHE London and Regional Director Public Health NHS London), Dr Kumanan Rasanathan (Unit Head, Equity and Health, WHO), Baroness Julia Neuberger (Chair of UCLH), Dr Xand Van Tulleken (TV Presenter), Dr Jeanelle de Gruchy (Director of Public Health, Tameside and President, Association of Directors of Public Health), Albert McEyeson (Action Youth Boxing Intervention, Somers Town) and leading UCL academics.
