Finance Transformer engagement

The Finance Transformer project team has begun gathering detailed business requirements to map current processes.

So far, the team has met with colleagues in Central Finance, School Finance, PS Finance, Accounts Payable, FSO and Finance Systems. In the coming weeks, the Finance Transformer Business Analysts will engage with our department finance colleagues to capture the perspective of the whole Finance community. 

The next Finance Transformer Information Session will be held in December 2019. In contrast to previous sessions, the December session will give you the chance to get closer to the project and ask those questions that have been circulating in your mind. Come along and mingle with your colleagues over a mince pie while you delve into the detail of the four Finance Transformer work streams. Keep an eye out for the invitation later this week.
