Two-day event honouring the career of Professor Albert Weale

On 22-23 May 2023, the Department of Political Science is hosting a two-day conference event in celebration of Professor Albert Weale's career. Prof. Weale is Emeritus Professor of Political Theory and Public Policy School of Public Policy, and a fellow of the UCL European Institute.

Over the course of two days, academic guests from a wide range of European universities will contribute to sessions on the many topics of Prof. Weale's academic career, from social contract theory, to environmental policy and the precautionary principle. The discussions and roundtables will take place in the Gustave Tuck Lecture Theatre at UCL and tickets are available free of charge.
