The Facilities and Infrastructure (F&I) team is supported by the Programme and Performance Team (P&PT).
Using a sophisticated computer-aided facilities management tool, the programme and performance team complete statutory compliance monitoring, contract performance monitoring and monitor the maintenance team’s planned and reactive performance.
Reports are issued monthly to the Estates Leadership team to provide strategic guidance, assurance and aid in the decision making the process for the F&I team.
The vision of the P&PT is “ To develop, implement and continuously review a framework of measures, systems and procedures for strengthening and validating decisions surrounding operational delivery to enable F&I to achieve its strategic and operational objectives and to become a Centre of Excellence within Estates”
All maintenance faults are managed through the customer support team by raising a service request.
