UCL Information Delivery Plan
The IDP schedules the required information deliverables across the RIBA Plan of Work 2013, which enable the Employer to make project gateway decisions and to engage with the other project stakeholders
The IDP will be drafted by the Employer or their nominated representative, to be incorporated by the Project Team or Supplier as part of their BIM Execution Plan (BEP). This information will form the basis of the Master Information Delivery Plan and Task Information Delivery Plan; the development of this information throughout the project lifecycle is known as the Digital Plan of Works.
