We are currently investigating the possibility of gathering further information on hospital admissions and diagnoses. This research would allow us to research ways by which hospital admissions and their causes can be prevented in older people.
Linkage to detailed information on hospital diagnoses are also available which will help us to carry out in-depth research on heart trouble, dementia and related health conditions.
These data information sources are currently available through NHS Digital, an organisation that oversees and manages these data. We will continue to keep you updated on the progress of the Study.
