Let our skilled facilitators inspire your pupils with enquiry-based activities, interviews with engineers, and our iconic collection. A key element of an Inspire Engineering session is the chance to meet and talk to STEM Ambassadors from leading transport companies including Transport for London and Telent.
Meeting real-world, professional engineers empowers students to be inquisitive, asking questions about the interests, skills, experiences and qualifications needed to become an engineer and gives young people an idea of what life is really like as an engineer.

Through the workshop pupils will:

  • Develop their knowledge and understanding of engineering.
  • Be inspired about future career opportunities, including engineering.
  • Practice green employability skills, such as problem-solving, team-working and communication.
  • Enhance their awareness of real-world engineering in London.

Duration = 90 minutes.

Please note this activity is suitable for Key Stage 3 audiences.
