This event is part of the UCL Engineering Wellbeing Week and is open to students and staff from all 10 UCL Engineering departments.
What is an Energizer?
Energizers are free wellbeing sessions which will be focused on bringing energy to your day, so you can stay positive in mind and body. You can either do a Seated Stretch or a Standing Mobiliser. Sessions are 15 minutes long; no experience or equipment is needed.
Seated Stretch:
Feeling a bit of lower back and neck pain from spending too much time in front of your computer? You’re in need of a simple stretch session to reduce the strain on your postural muscles. You will be taken through some basic stretches to practice from the luxury of your chair to reduce tension and pain.
