UCL Ear Institute's teaching and research in audiology, otology and audiovestibular medicine are world leading. Our programmes draw on the expertise of senior clinicians from the NHS and private sector, including the associated Royal National Ear Nose & Throat and Eastman Dental Hospital.

Are you interested in pursuing a rewarding career in audiology? Or are you looking improving your knowledge and skills in audiology, hearing and deafness? Join our taster session to hear first hand from our teaching faculty and current students about their journey so far and how we can help you on yours.

We have a range of programmes depending on your experience and qualifications: 

Advanced Audiology

If you have a BSc in Audiology or equivalent and would like to study for a postgraduate qualification then our Advanced Audiology programme is for you. We have a variety of specialist modules for you to choose from and our part time and flexible options mean you can study while working.

Advanced Audiology – medical and surgical specialities

If you hold a medical qualification, then Advanced Audiology: Audiovestibular Medicine and Advanced Audiology: Otology and Skull Base Surgery are made for you. These programmes will give you the skills and knowledge you need to enhance your career and specialise in audiovestibular medicine or otology. You will obtain a firm grounding in core module subjects and then you can then choose from a range of specialist modules.
