Proposed structure of the process

Implementing the resource pack proposes a number of stages and group structures as illustrated below. These are flexible and will be informed by what you know works well locally already.

Wherever possible make use of structures and processes that you already have in place and are known to work rather than feeling you need to create something new.

However, we recommend that you ensure that the following functions are achieved to support your local service improvement, and that you achieve local clarity and accountability for how they are enacted.
