arkisites audit 2022

Last year, the department commissioned arkisites - a consultancy specialising in diversity and inclusion - to conduct an external review to audit staff and student recruitment and retention processes and to identify any structural barriers. Our EDI Committee and Senior leadership team recently reviewed the recommendations and have drawn up an action plan to take forward the proposals.
