UCL Civil, Environmental and Geomatic Engineering's student society, Civsoc, is happy to announce that Dr Ali Parsa, CEO of innovative health startup Babylon, will be giving an exclusive talk to UCL students on the subject of 'Engineering your way to a startup'.
The talk will cover Dr Parsa's personal experience of why he decided to take the entrepreneurial path, having graduated in civil and environmental engineering, and with a PhD in Engineering Physics. Students will also be able to ask Dr Parsa their own questions.
Event Itinerary:
- 14:15: Guests arrive at B05
- 14:20: Introduction of Dr Parsa
- 14:25: Dr Parsa's speech - 'Engineering your way to a startup'
- 15:10: Q&A session
- 15:25: Refreshments in Chadwick G04 (snacks and tea)
