Congratulations to CCHH MA student Flavia Cruciani on securing a two-month volunteer placement with Chinese environmental NGO

CURA is a Sichuan-based not-for-profit NGO, 'working to save the world by saving the water since 2003'. Its main activities are research into sustainable water, public capacity building, training, and awareness raising. Over the past decade, CURA has been involved in influencing and implementing policy reforms, building international cooperation, and developing novel and sustainable solutions for rural development through green energy implementation along with water and waste management, as well as promoting community-supported agriculture, organic agriculture and organic food.
As part of her main dissertation research, Flavia will be conducting fieldwork on CURA's projects along the Yangtze river.
