Example of results from computational study

Ilaria Gimondi and Dr Matteo Salvalaglio are recipients of the Richard A. Glenn Award at the Spring ACS conference held in April 2017, for their work on the computational study of carbon dioxide polymorphic transition at high pressure and the effects of confinement on the ordering of supercritical CO2.

This award is given to the best presentation within the Energy and Fuels Division, with the philosophy that "the objective of research is not achieved when new knowledge is developed; it must also be transmitted in a manner whereby it can be readily understood by those who put it to use".

Congratulations!
