MSc Engineering and Education

The MSc programme is a joint collaboration between the IOE, UCL's Faculty of Education and Society, and the Faculty of Engineering and launched in September 2018.

Engineering Foundation Year

The Engineering Foundation Year at UCL is for people who have aspirations to become an engineer, but haven’t had sufficient educational opportunities in life so far. Successfully completing this programme will enable you to go on to study one of the 27 engineering undergraduate programmes at UCL.

Integrated Engineering Programme

The IEP is an award-winning undergraduate teaching framework shared by most UCL Engineering undergraduate degree programmes, which emphasises creativity, communication, interdisciplinarity and teamwork by learning through projects and the social context of engineering.

Postgraduate research and Postdocs

The Centre is delighted to offer two funded PhD studentships (Home rate fees, stipend and research expenses) as part of its expanding research activity, for 2024/25 entry.
