Learning outcomes for this workshop

How can you assess the attractiveness of career options if you don’t know what you want? This workshop will help you reflect on what makes you tick.  Specifically, it will help you to:

  • Understand the importance of self-awareness for career planning
  • Review the elements of self-awareness, and begin the process of assessing your ‘profile’ of:
    • Motivators
    • Strengths and skills
    • Interests
    • Personality
  • Develop an awareness of how a ‘profile’ can relate to job roles.

Note: Prior to this workshop please complete Jobmi’s strengths assessment at https://www.jobmi.com
