This session aims to help research students and staff with their career planning by providing an opportunity to hear from, and network with, those with experience of the non-academic interview process. Each speaker will share an introduction to their career, their organisations, introduce their companies’ recruitment processes, and highlight their top tips for excelling in a non-academic interview setting.
