This session aims to help PhD students and other researchers with their career planning by providing an opportunity to hear from, and network with, those with experience of the non-academic application processes. Each speaker will share an introduction to their career, their organisations, introduce their companies’ recruitment processes, and highlight what might be different for a non-academic recruitment processes and top tips for CVs and applications.
